Vanilla quark with blueberries and walnuts
Creamy vanilla quark with fresh blueberries and toasted walnuts — 35 g protein in 5 minutes, no cooking.
Ingredients
- 250 glow-fat quark
- 30 mlmilk
- ½ tspvanilla extract
- 7 ½ ghoney
- 100 gblueberries
- 13 gwalnuts(roughly chopped)
- ¼ tspcinnamon
Instructions

Whisk 250 g low-fat quark with 30 ml milk, ½ tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp cinnamon and half of the 7 ½ g honey until smooth and creamy.

Divide between two bowls and top with 100 g blueberries.

Sprinkle with 13 g walnuts and drizzle with the remaining honey.
