  • 30 mlmilk
  • ½ tspvanilla extract
  • 7 ½ ghoney
  • 100 gblueberries
  • 13 gwalnuts(roughly chopped)
  • ¼ tspcinnamon

Instructions

    Whisk 250 g low-fat quark with 30 ml milk, ½ tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp cinnamon and half of the 7 ½ g honey until smooth and creamy.

    Divide between two bowls and top with 100 g blueberries.

    Sprinkle with 13 g walnuts and drizzle with the remaining honey.
