  • 125 gturkey breast(in strips)
  • 1low-carb wraps
  • ½avocado
  • 30 gspinach(baby spinach)
  • 50 gtomatoes(sliced)
  • 40 gGreek yoghurt
  • 5 gmedium-hot mustard
  • 5 mlolive oil
  • ½ tspsweet paprika

Instructions

    Season 125 g turkey breast with ½ tsp sweet paprika, salt and pepper.

    Heat 5 ml olive oil in a pan and sear the turkey strips for 4–5 minutes until golden.

    Whisk 40 g Greek yoghurt with 5 g medium-hot mustard, salt and pepper for the sauce.

    Briefly warm 1 low-carb wraps in a dry pan. Layer with 30 g spinach, 50 g tomatoes, ½ avocado, turkey strips and sauce, roll up tightly and halve.
