Turkey wraps with avocado and yoghurt sauce
Quick low-carb wraps with tender turkey breast, avocado, spinach and a creamy yoghurt-mustard sauce — 42 g protein in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 125 gturkey breast(in strips)
- 1low-carb wraps
- ½avocado
- 30 gspinach(baby spinach)
- 50 gtomatoes(sliced)
- 40 gGreek yoghurt
- 5 gmedium-hot mustard
- 5 mlolive oil
- ½ tspsweet paprika
Instructions

Season 125 g turkey breast with ½ tsp sweet paprika, salt and pepper.

Heat 5 ml olive oil in a pan and sear the turkey strips for 4–5 minutes until golden.

Whisk 40 g Greek yoghurt with 5 g medium-hot mustard, salt and pepper for the sauce.

Briefly warm 1 low-carb wraps in a dry pan. Layer with 30 g spinach, 50 g tomatoes, ½ avocado, turkey strips and sauce, roll up tightly and halve.
