Skyr granola bowl with berries
A layered breakfast: creamy vanilla Skyr with berries, granola and almonds — 30 g protein in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 200 gSkyr
- 100 gberries (fresh)(fresh or frozen)
- 30 ggranola
- 10 galmonds(roughly chopped)
- 5 ghoney
- ¼ tspvanilla extract
Instructions

Whisk 200 g Skyr with ¼ tsp vanilla extract and half of the 5 g honey until smooth.

Layer half the Skyr mixture into two glasses or bowls, top with half the 100 g berries (fresh).

Add the remaining Skyr, then the rest of the berries, 30 g granola and 10 g almonds.

Drizzle with the remaining honey and serve immediately.
