Frequently asked

Skyr instead of quark?

1:1 swap. Skyr has a similar protein content (10–11 g/100 g) but is firmer. Loosen with a touch more milk.

Vegan version?

Use soy quark (Alpro Skyr Style or Provamel) — same protein, neutral tang. Recipe then shifts from the vegetarian filter to vegan.
