Dates with almond butter and dark chocolate
A three-ingredient Snickers-style snack: Medjool dates stuffed with almond butter and dipped in dark chocolate — 8 minutes.
Ingredients
- 3dates(Medjool, pitted)
- 15 galmond butter
- 15 gdark chocolate(≥70% cacao, broken)
Instructions

Slit 3 dates lengthways and remove the stones.

Fill each date with about 5 g of 15 g almond butter.

Melt 15 g dark chocolate over low heat in a small pot or bain-marie, let cool briefly.

Spoon chocolate over the filled dates, sprinkle with a little sea salt and chill 5 minutes until the chocolate sets.
