Cocoa banana peanut butter smoothie
A chocolate-peanut butter smoothie with frozen banana and oats — 22 g protein, tastes like a milkshake, ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1banana(ripe, frozen in chunks)
- 200 mlmilk
- 20 grolled oats
- 13 gpeanut butter
- 5 gunsweetened cocoa powder
- 15 gwhey protein vanilla(about 1 scoop)
- ¼ tspcinnamon
Instructions

Add 1 banana, 200 ml milk, 20 g rolled oats, 13 g peanut butter, 5 g unsweetened cocoa powder, 15 g whey protein vanilla and ¼ tsp cinnamon to a high-speed blender.

Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until creamy and frothy.

Divide between two glasses and enjoy immediately.
