Frequently asked
Which dates work best?
Medjool are soft and sweet enough to bind the mix. Dry dates (e.g. Deglet Nour) need a 10-minute soak in warm water first.
Can I skip the protein powder?
Yes — swap the 50 g for extra oats or ground nuts. Flavour shifts to nuttier and sweeter, protein drops to about 2 g per ball.
