Acai smoothie bowl with granola and berries
Sorbet-thick acai bowl topped with granola, fresh berries and coconut chips — a vegan breakfast that takes 8 minutes and wakes you up in summer too.
Ingredients
- 100 gfrozen acai purée(unsweetened)
- ½frozen banana
- 50 gfrozen mixed berries
- 50 mloat or almond milk
- 30 ggranola
- 50 gfresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries)
- 5 gcoconut chips
- 5 gchia seeds
Instructions

Add 100 g frozen acai purée, ½ frozen banana, 50 g frozen mixed berries and 50 ml oat or almond milk to a high-speed blender.

Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until thick and sorbet-like. Use the tamper after 30 seconds if it stalls.

Divide between two bowls.

Top with 30 g granola, 50 g fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries), 5 g coconut chips and 5 g chia seeds in tidy stripes and serve immediately.
