- 2eggs (medium)
- 80 gfine rolled oats
- 30 gvanilla whey protein
- 5 gbaking powder
- 5 gcoconut oil for frying
- 100 gblueberries
Instructions

Whisk 250 g low-fat quark together with 2 eggs (medium) until smooth.

Fold in 80 g fine rolled oats, 30 g vanilla whey protein and 5 g baking powder, then rest the batter for 5 minutes.

Heat 5 g coconut oil for frying in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes in batches, about 2 minutes per side, until golden.

Stack on two plates and top with 100 g blueberries.
