Frequently asked

How long do they keep?

Sealed in the fridge for 2–3 days. Add the berries just before eating so they don't bleed into the oats.

Can I skip the protein powder?

Yes, but the protein drops significantly. Alternative: stir in 150 g soy quark or Skyr — that pushes it out of vegan into vegetarian territory though.
