Chocolate protein overnight oats with berries
Creamy vegan overnight oats with chocolate protein powder, chia and fresh berries — five minutes the night before, ready to spoon straight out of the fridge.
Ingredients
- 100 grolled oats
- 300 mlunsweetened oat or soy milk
- 50 gvegan chocolate protein powder(about 2 scoops)
- 20 gchia seeds
- 10 gmaple syrup(optional)
- 150 gmixed berries(fresh or frozen)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together 100 g rolled oats, 20 g chia seeds and 50 g vegan chocolate protein powder.

Pour in 300 ml unsweetened oat or soy milk and stir vigorously until smooth. Sweeten with 10 g maple syrup if you like.

Divide between two jars, cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).

Top with 150 g mixed berries just before serving and give it a quick stir.

Frequently asked
How long do they keep?
Sealed in the fridge for 2–3 days. Add the berries just before eating so they don't bleed into the oats.
Can I skip the protein powder?
Yes, but the protein drops significantly. Alternative: stir in 150 g soy quark or Skyr — that pushes it out of vegan into vegetarian territory though.
